At Ribbon Revive, we strive to deliver your favorite scrunchies to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Delivery (within India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote Areas: Delivery might take a few extra days.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee of ₹49 will be added at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service charge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your scrunchie journey!

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, feel free to contact us.

5. Delays & Issues

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like courier issues, weather disruptions, or high-demand periods. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and resolve it quickly.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Ribbon Revive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
