Returns & Exchanges

At Ribbon Revive, we want you to love what you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• We currently do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide a replacement or store credit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ribbonrevive.in with your order number and reason for return.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Send us a photo or video of the defective/damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Scrunchies that have been worn or used

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, cancellations are not possible as your order will already be in process.

5. Shipping for Returns

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

• Please ensure safe packaging and use a reliable courier for returns.
